Samsung Support, Please Help.
Calling from my 3 days old S23 Ultra another S23 Ultra, there is an annoying echo, and hearing myself. T-Mobile told me to turn off Bixby features but the problem persists. Is anyone else facing this issue? This issue is not happening when calling other people. I tried using a Bluetooth headset, and the case is reduced but persists.
I'm starting to change my mind about this phone.

It was my case causing the echo!!! Temdan was the brand. Removed case all was perfect.

FYI it's the case!!!! Samsung trouble shot for like 15 min asked me to take the case off and boom crystal clear. Temdan was the brand of case. When I open the port to charge it and make a phone call its alot more clear.

If it is like me the issue was the case. Tamden is the name and when Samsung told me to remove it the call was crystal clear.

Have an S23 as well with an
Otterbox case and other sites seem to indicate that certain cases are causing the problem by their design near the mic and speaker that they are channeling the sound from the speaker back to the mic. However, this just seemed to start happening after the last update. If I take the phone off speakerphone people say that they no longer hear the echo.

Mine even on speaker was horrible. I replaced my case and all is great now. I've always had an Otterbox I don't know why I had switched.

Seems to be an issue with the OtterBox phone case as well, but just started after 1-2 updates ago. very annoying, and it doesn't matter what type of phone you are calling or the carrier.

Okay, Dolby Atmos doesn't appear to be an app, so where is this setting? Thanks

Oops, found it and both were already set to OFF so that won't fix the issue.
