@Mariotrucker1980 Hopefully resolved satisfactorily, agree it is not something that should have been missed in any device but particularly a flagship.

Unfortunately once something is seen it can't then be unseen 😕
I would urge anyone having a phone delivered to unpacked it straight away to ensure one is happy with the phone aesthetically and with how it performs.
As Samsung UK provides a 14 day Cooling Off Period to have the phone swapped out or refunded.
