Dual sim won't turn on

Both sims are recognised by the phone, both numbers are correct but each time I try to set dual sim on I get the message that dual sim won't turn on. 

Really need both to work. 

Have turned on and off

Have removed and cleaned sims

Help please 🙏

It works if you have single sim? What's the exact error message

It says .... couldn't turn on dual sim always on..

Post us a screenshot of what it shows in the SIM manager settings. Editing out your phone numbers of course, but show us what networks you are using. Here's my example.

Can you swap them around and make esim sim1?

Do you have another physical sim card to try instead of that esim and see if dual sim activates

Think you need to contact your network and get them to help you set it up.
