Both sims are recognised by the phone, both numbers are correct but each time I try to set dual sim on I get the message that dual sim won't turn on.
Really need both to work.
Have turned on and off
Have removed and cleaned sims
Help please 🙏

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.

SOLVED

After much pain, I worked out that under the "dual sim always on" tab, there is a box to enter numbers"
You need to remove the internal code (in my case, remove the UK +44 and change for 0) on both numbers. It'll then allow you to select dual sim always on

I have the same problem. I can get SMS messages on SIM2 but calls go straight through to voicemail. In the past it HAS worked as dual SIM so I don't know why it won't now!

Didn't work on my s22.

I have 2 physical SIMs, one is a UK one the other is an Italian one.

Wondering if the different country codes could be the issue?
