So I have finally taken the plunge after months of deliberation and received my new S23U. So far I am not disappointed.

Whilst looking for accessories, I came across an interesting product on amazon that follows very similar design and application, to the whitestone dome glass.

I have already bought some film protectors to protect my new phone out of the box... but I may well consider a pack of these in the near future.

Good value at £25 for three screens.

Please note that I have not tried these myself so cannot yet confirm their function... but I have simply posted here in case another forumer is looking for glass protectors and wants to give them a try.

I may buy some and try them out... if I do then I will post results here. 😉

Just make sure the s pen is well covered on applying the protector. Only saying as many people reporting the s pen melting. Turns out it's the glue getting into the slot. I've installed many times the white dome and spigen. Never had the issue. Seems many have with the s23 ultra.
Enjoy your s23 ultra 👍

I hadn't heard that one, so thanks for the tip.

Used dome glass with my S21U... a good product but expensive.

I will probably stick with the cheaper screen protectors I have for the short term, and I will try to handle my phone well.

My traded S21 ultra was immaculate condition and has been since day one. Almost disappointed to see it go for recycling. ♻️

Absolutely true... although I didn't have the best experience with the S21 ultra version.

The first one applied well, but after a few months started cracking down the sides where the screen curve is. So after 6 months I decided to change to the second. That one did not apply well and although the glue was centralised when the screen was applied, it didn't spread evenly and missed the bottom of the screen.

Whitestone were good in their customer service and sent me another... which applied fine. Although again this one cracked along the curve a few months later. Personally for the S21U I think the curve was slightly out in it's design.

Whitestone is typically worth the investment... but I think the whitestone was some ~£50 for the S21U when it was bought.

This one on amazon is £25 for three screens. Pretty good for costs I would say.

My preference is the Whitestone Dome Glass Screen Protector so as such I haven't tried out the one's you've highlighted @smiley

At the moment I'm using official Samsung Tpu Screen protectors and am finding them also very good.

It's definitely a good idea to apply protection 👍
