Direct Call Edge Panel

This does not work on my S23 Ultra. The panel is greyed out and when clicking on Settings, it wants permissions allowed which already are! This does actually work perfectly on my S21 Ultra. Can anyone help with this please?

I'm not using the Samsung Galaxy s²³ Ultra myself but on checking this panel option it is working OK.

I also use the people panel option too.

Maybe try that one too as an interim workaround @jvk

Managed to fix by uninstall and reinstall
