Ive been having issues lately, trying to send texts or call and my phone just says "no connection" or "Connect to a provider" My provider doesn't have any outages and my wife has the same plan and phone as me so not exactly sure why it's only happening to my phone.

I connect and I'll be connected for 5 mins and it disconnects again. I have 2-3 bars... I tried diagnostics and restarted my phone twice. Still doesn't help it.

I don't want to factory reset it yet or send it away because this is the only phone I have for work..and I was hoping there's something else I can do.

Does anyone else have this issue?

It's only been happening recently. But maybe a new update would help this issue?

Hello @Azzarello30 and may I extend a Warm Welcome to the Samsung Community Forum.

There is a diagnostic test tool found in your Samsung Members App to see if that highlights anything.

There is also an option to reset your Network Connections via Settings > General Management > Reset > Reset Network Connections > Reboot your phone.

Another troubleshooting step is to try your sim card in another phone and then see what happens.

If possible try another Sim card in your phone and then see what happens.

If your sim card is at fault then a network can arrange a sim swap to a new blank sim card. Check fkr more info on your network's support pages.

Try placing the sim card in the alternative sim slot.

Other options are > Clear Cache Files from the phone's System Partition Section  > https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-do-i-clear-the-cache-on-my-device/ You may need to insert your earphones or hook upto a powered On Laptop or use a Tv's USB Port to access the Clear Partition Section. This may help with lag or stutters as this clears the phone of old/unused or broken cache files.There is also a Repair Apps option in the Menu System too { Possibly excluding the s²⁴ Series of phone's }

If you have a local Samsung Experience Store then they can usually look at the phone in-house.

There is also a doorstep service available in some cases.

If i can be of any further help please don't hesitate to ask  😎
