Clear cache partition

S23 will no longer allow me to clear the cache partition. The power on, volume down process no longer brings up any reboot screen? HELP!

It is volume up and press and hold the power key, are you also connecting to computer, other Device or TV USB?

Yes you need to turn device off and plug to any device via USB like tv other phone PC etc and then try it again. Also it's power and volume up buttons

Thank you. It's working now. I've been pressing volume up! I forgot which way 😂

I always forget and i clear the cache everytime I do a software update 🤣
