Hi,

Could anybody advise please, why ChatGPT displays differently on my S21 Ultra to my S23 Ultra? It works fine on S21 but on S23, webpage doesn't allow login? When I click on the login link, it doesn't actually do anything, consequently, no way to login and use.

Thanks and regards

Have you tried clearing the apps cache via Settings > Apps > Choose the App > Storage > Clear Cache and if absolutely necessary Clear Data. @jvk

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.

Clearing Cache didn't work so cleared data as well. It wiped out all of the web pages I had saved to Home Screen for future reference but,at least, I can now login to it.

Yes unfortunately clearing data is a last resort as it removes your saved data in the app but does provide a clean slate.

I'm glad that helped @jvk

Also wiped out my browser history and saved tabs! Is it possible to get this back from S21 Ultra maybe?

From what I've read online, you shouldn't use an app to access ChatGPT, but instead use a saved link in your browser and log in from there.  There are no official apps for ChapGPT as far as I'm aware.

Thanks for your reply. I don't believe I said that I was using an app for this, although the "solution" provided does make it appear so. It was a saved website link, hence when I followed the advice, ALL my saved Web links, as well as my browser history and tabs, disappeared! I've managed to get all the saved links back by sharing from my S21 Ultra but I now need to get my history and tabs back for Samsung Internet app. Any ideas please?
