Hi,

I have a device showing in my bluetooth list under "available devices" which is actually a car charger. Anyway, I need to remove it, but it won't let me. It just says "an app is needed to use this device".

So, the app I'm assuming it needs is the Wallbox app, however that won't let me connect to it as I think the charger is faulty. Wallbox say I need to remove the device  from the bluetooth list. The app has no function to remove the device either.

Any ideas how?? I've reset bluetooth, but cannot clear cache due to latest OS version not allowing it. There is no function in the bluetooth settings to remove it.

TIA

@Members_IODeOYT: If you have previously established a connection with the charger, then please head to Settings > Connections > Bluetooth > On > Tap the cog symbol to the right of the charger > Unpair.

Alternatively, head to Settings > General management > Reset > Reset Wi-Fi and Bluetooth settings > Reset settings. Please note that this will remove any registered Wi-Fi routers and Bluetooth devices from your phone.
