Hi all
Not getting any software updates and need to have octobers security patch level to conform to my works BYOD. cant force and update and dont want to root phone using odin and trip knox. Not good for a work phone. Any explanation as to why no updates are being recieved? Is there a way to force an update without compromising security. could samsung do anything or send it in for a service?

Apologies, I was not clear. It is my personal phone I wish to use in my companies BYOD to save me using two phones! However I need to be at the October patch level to comply with their standards to participate. I did some more digging, (thank you smiley for sending me down the right path.) and using 600+ Samsung CSC Codes - Complete List (2024) - Technastic I found that my phone has the code OXM which is a multi code

I am on O2 (for my sins) and so in theory I should be receiving the update following the logic. SmartSwitch does not work and I really do not want to root a non-deprecated phone I intend to use for life/work due to security implications. Thank you for your help though smiley. Appreciated.
