Can't update software

Galaxy S23 Ultra. Previously enrolled in the beta. Now that I have unenrolled I no longer receive updates (security patch level: October 2023). Can no longer pay via phone due to outdated software. Contacted support but they were of no help, tempted to just change phone (and brand).

Are you on the proper software for your country like the CSC.

Did you change anything?

If not sure about the above maybe take the phone to a Samsung centre and ask them to update it for you.

Not sure how to check CSC, but I've not changed anything so I should be.

Might try that eventually, can't say I'm hopeful though as I've already contacted support and they couldn't help. I've also seen the same issue on here from people previously enrolled on the beta.

When did you join the beta and when did you unenroll? The small print does usually warn that a factory reset might be required. When did the beta actually officially end and is your phone a network handset?
