Can I transfer all my phone videos and images directly onto a USB stick directly from the phone? I have the wee Samsung usb-c to USB adapter, thanks for help please

I periodically backup to my S23 Ultra to an external SSD card.  I bought a card adaptor device from Amazon for €12 and backup my phone to a Samsung 128GB SSD card.
