Hi, has anyone else experienced any issues with their s23 camera all of a sudden? My camera was fine and then last Thursday the 1x - 9.9x zoom stopped working properly. Its just a black screen, will take video and a photo but its black. Spoke to Samsung and they have done all the troubleshooting including asking me to do a master reset, but nothing has worked. Just wondered if anyone else has experienced this at all?
So bizarre, about 5/6 weeks ago, my S23 has developed this same issue...only between x1 and under x10, also QR scanner not working. Did the master reset etc. Can I perhaps asked how your issue was resolved?
Hi, i also have problems with the camera zoom of my s23, after x3 zoom, the screen goes black, sometimes comes back to normal but then again black. Did you find any solution? I did already a factory reset but it did not work. Thanks!
