I took this screenshot with my camera in portrait mode, as you can see the icons are opposite to what I have my rotation on. Anyone have any suggestions ?
@Members_gXtttvD This is how the icons appear when in portrait mode. As you can see the ratio is showing the correct way round.
please see photo above, taken in portrait mode, the zoom options are landscape and so are the logos at the top, this has only recently happened, this isn't right, surely ?
@Members_gXtttvD Have you got your phone locked in Landscape mode? If so, you will need to disable this to Auto rotate by swiping down on the home screen, then tap Landscape, this will change to Auto rotate.
If this doesn't work, we'd recommend closing the Camera app by tapping the three-line icon at the bottom of the screen, then swipe up on the app to close it.
Then clear the cache of the Camera app by heading to Settings > Apps > Select the Camera app > Storage > Clear cache. Once you have done this, open the Camera app up again and try again. Hope this helps!
