After updating to ONE UI 6.1 I've noticed that my call forwarding isn't working anymore, just comes up with 'Failed to read data Something went wrong. Check your sim card or network connection then try again'. I've tested my sim card in another phone and it can turn on and off call forwarding. So surely this must be a bug in the new ONE U.I 6.1. Can anyone else confirm they have similar issue / symptoms thanks

I've just tested another sim different network and different sim same network on that phone and it doesnt work. I've also tested that same sim (original) in an iPhone and Z Fold 3 and call forward functions. I'm pretty sure it was the update that done this to me. Is there anyway I can submit this to higher ups or a report?

Discussed with them and I've even had a new sim tested in the device and the issue is still there. Tested different sims on different networks and can confirm that it doesn't work either. Definitely a one ui 6.1 bug. Where can I submit a bug report to or get this raised / added to the list of one ui 6.1 bugs?

That's odd. I recommend removing the SIM card, giving it a gentle wipe with a clean, dry cloth and then reinsert it. You may also wish to use the other SIM card slot to see if that makes a difference.
The guide below, courtesy of Samsung Philippines, should also prove helpful:
Another useful step to try would be a soft reset on your phone, @ShiningMoonlight . This doesn't erase any data, but we find this solves a variety of issues by giving your software a fresh start. To do this, please press your Power and Volume Down keys together until you see the Samsung logo.
If the issue is persisting, please read on.
As you mentioned that this unusual issue only started after installing a software update, Wiping the cache partition on your phone can prove very beneficial: it won't delete any important files on your phone, but it can delete temporary files that might be slowing down or otherwise impacting the performance/behaviour of your phone (something that might be evident after a major software update).
This is how you can Wipe the cache partition:
1. With your phone turned off, plug in a USB-C data cable connected to your PC. If you do not have access to a PC, you can plug the USB-C cable into another device that is compatible with such a connection instead.
2. Press and hold the volume up and side keys simultaneously until the recovery mode menu appears.
3. Use the volume down button to highlight Wipe cache partition, then press the side key.
4. Use the volume down button to highlight Yes, then press the side key.
5. Use the volume up button to highlight Reboot system, then press the side key.
If this doesn't work, you can submit an Error Report via the Samsung Members app:
https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-do-i-use-the-samsung-members-app/
Should you need to submit this, our developers will get back to you with the next steps.
Please update the thread and let us know when you get this resolved.

I have tried the above, removing the sim card and cleaning it before putting it back in and trying that link above but still shows 'Failed to read data'. I've just done the soft reset now it it also unfortunately has not fixed it. I am currently sending a error report now via the Samsung Members app.
Thanks
