After updating to ONE UI 6.1 I've noticed that my call forwarding isn't working anymore, just comes up with 'Failed to read data Something went wrong. Check your sim card or network connection then try again'. I've tested my sim card in another phone and it can turn on and off call forwarding. So surely this must be a bug in the new ONE U.I 6.1. Can anyone else confirm they have similar issue / symptoms thanks

3 months since OP
I have the same issue on my new A35, using built in E-SIM, get the same message stating to check the Network and SIM Card when trying to go into the Supplementary services menu.

Working Now.
I had this problem before and after the last One-UI update, but I just tried wiping the phone's cache memory as described in this thread and now it is working for me.

I still can't use call forwarding. Did the issue with One UI 6.1 ever get resolved.

This is exactly my situation on my S24+ ans S23 ultra both running One UI 6.1. I have a S20 running One UI 5.1 and have no problem activating call forward so I think it's a bug in the software. I'm continuing to test and will report back. I spent an hour on the phone with my provider and they blame Samsung for the problem.
