Still having a major issue with my S23u not connecting via Bluetooth to new android head units running RELTEK 8761 5.0 chips!!
I have reported the issue via Samsung members app.
Since my phone had the November security updated it will not connect to new Bluetooth devices running the above chip. It the connection was made and saved before the update my phone will continue to connect as normal.
I have tried to connect 4 different NEW devices and all have the same outcome....can't get to input the Bluetooth code, phone just starts buzzing and going crazy in a loop "trying to connect" over and over.
My partner has an S23u without November update installed and it connects to all the 4 units without issue.
I have clear partition cache on my phone and factory reset all the units.
I am now loosing out on YouTube income because of this issue as I can no longer review this units because of a Bluetooth issue 😑

Try reset Bluetooth settings if you haven't already.
You can check if it connects in safe mode.

I had tried safe mode on 2 occasions over the last 24 hours with no success....tried it again now and Bluetooth connection has been made and continues to be connect once out of safe mode 😊
I don't understand why it would not connect before going into safe mode 🤷♂️

Why has safe mode made the difference?
I have been using android headunits and Samsung phones for years and never had this issue until the November update.

It allows you to run your device without 3rd party apps that might cause issues with your device/devices
