Hi PPgalaxyS23ultra, welcome to the Samsung Community!
Your device seems to be in internal conflict, so let's take some action to fix the issue.
First of all, check-it out if updates are available, in order to keep the device in proper efficiency:
- Settings;
- Software update;
Secondarily, do an ordinary procedure to clean off the running conflicts. It doesn't affect your personal data, don't worry about it:
- Turn off the device;
- Make sure the USB port is plugged, perhaps to your PC;
- Keep Power and Volume + buttons on;
- When "Samsung" appears on screen, only release Power button and keep on Volume+ button;
- When blue screen occurs, also release Volume+ button;
- In the following screen you will see many entries: move along them using Volume+ and Volume- buttons, in order to select "wipe cache partition";
- Apply the choice through Power button;
- Move to the row "Yes" and again, confirm the choice;
- Move to "reboot system now" and confirm.
Keep me posted on that, I'm at your service.
Please note: if you are an italian customer, you can write in italian.
Have a nice day!
