Backup of documents - Restoring backup from Google Photos

Hello,

Recently my phone has been repaired, and I've lost all the notes. I'm not sure how. I had the backup set, I believe.

Moreover, I have Google Photos to back-up pictures but unfortunately there is no way to restore pictures back. The pictures are saved on Google Photos but can't be restored back by simply clicking a button.

I don't know how to save documents or folders that aren't pictures either. I can't find any option on Google Drive or on Samsung Cloud. There is nothing mentioning "documents". Anyone that can help in regard to an option that allows me to restore pictures and documents?

The problem is that doesn't allow to restore every picture back. You need to do it manually.

No, you don't. It's one complete backup file containing photos, videos, documents, apps, contacts etc.

How can I set it up? I have Google 1 with 1TB. I want to set it up

I have both setup but I'm not sure I have One Drive tbh so I guess it's gonna work with Samsung Cloud anyway?

Why do you keep going on about OneDrive. Samsung Notes doesn't sync with OneDrive.

Firstly install the Google One app

You can see the backup settings:
1. I can't see anything mentioning documents there.
2. Where is the restore option? You said there would be no need to download picture by picture but everything would get restored on the background. Now it's slowly backing up pictures I guess.
