Autofill not active

Hi for some reason I can autofill user info or passwords when using apps, I've tried all the trouble shooting I can find but still no luck, please see image, the toggle is greyed out and the continue button does nothing.

Did you tried the clear cache partition recovery process as well?

I've cleared the partition cache in the maintenance menu yes

Are you signed in to the Google account

Yes signed in, auto fill is working in chrome but not in other apps

Search for passwords under settings and change the service to Google.
