Apps not loading and Phone screen keeps refreshing

Recently phone has started to behave unusual. 

Some apps are not loading and come up with and "I" type error and closes. 

Also screen is refreshing every minute or so. 

I did wipe cache partition recently so not sure if thays caused the issue.

Can't really do much in safe mode loading apps so can't diagnose properly

Great that worked apps seems to be fine now.

But the screen refresh thing is oddly behaving

Glad you sorted it 👍. It seems like the problem is with One Drive, I saw similar issues with S25 series.  I checked my Microsoft app- Microsoft still offer Skype?!?!?! Isn't it terminated?🤔
