I have just had my s23 ultra reset after the screen was repaired and i have tried using the 50 and 200mp camera where I would usually notice a difference in the quality compared to the 12mp however, they don't appear any different. Also previously if I took the photo using 50 or 200mp and immediately went to open it there would be a loading symbol for a few seconds and then the image would change and look much clearer and better. It's now not doing this. Any ideas please? It's an expensive phone for these features to not work!

I know it might sound obvious. But what do you have the screen resolution on. As it defaults to 1080p if its been reset.
You can usually see from the file sizes if the Mp are the same or different.
The difference between 50 and 100 won't be that big on the screen. As big as the phone screen is, it's still very small to see the best from the photos

@MariaGus if you check the details of the photos are they definitely not at the higher resolution? For those with similar issues if not resolved are apps updated and particularly are on you the latest camera update , could Reset the camera via Settings- Reset Settings in the app. An idea to Force stop via Apps-Camera and then clear cache via storage-Clear Data and cache.

If no resolution advisable to wipe the cache partition to clear temporary files, data is intact.

1. Turn off the device.
2. Connect To Computer or plug in USB-C Headphones , Press and hold the Volume Up key and then press and hold the Power key
3. When the Android logo displays, release both keys.
4. An 'Installing system update' message will show for 30 - 60 seconds before the Android system recovery menu options appear.
5. Press the Volume down key several times to highlight wipe cache partition.
6. Press Power key to select.
7. Press the Volume down key to highlight yes, them and press the Power key to select.
8. When the wipe cache partition is complete, Reboot system now is highlighted.
9. Press the Power key to restart the device.

can also repair apps via the same Recovery Menu.
If there are still issues check the Diagnostics to see if any errors are identified. Go to Samsung Members-Support-Diagnostics-Camera. You may need to send Error Report: Samsung Members-Support-Error Report.

S23 Ultea is the worst camera so far from all Samsung phones. My olde Note 8 camera was much better in day snd night- this one totally rubish

Just both keys, on some older Devices there was a specific Bixby key which also had to be pressed.
