Chunky emr pen for S23 ultra

I find the S pen far too thin to hold comfortably.

Can anyone recommend a chunky emr pen please? I tried the Lamy but it had no instructions and Lamy were not at all helpful. I got the pen working but could not find out how to alter the functions for the side button. However it was very comfortable.

Can anyone either tell me how the Lamy can interact with the S23 ultra please or suggest a similar alternative? (Has anyone tried the Staedler?) Thanks

I think the potential issues you may encounter is that the sPen and phone are integrated to fully work together to allow the various functions of the sPen to work with the phone. 

Any other pen may just write on the screen.

Thanks. I know others won't have as much functionality, but holding the S pen is painful, so I need to find an alternative.
