Samsung Sleep is a good addition but the Sleep Score is bugged and needs fixing. If you wake in the middle of the night, it will register the first sleep period and score it. Then if you go back to sleep, your overall sleep time will get update but the overall sleep score does *not* get updated. Your sleep score is therefore inaccurate including for sleep coaching.

Please fix this. When you have a second or more bit of sleep, the sleep score needs to be recalculated on the whole.

Well. It depends the condition of your room you are. If there is some noise the phone thinks the user is awake. Or it doesn't Register as well when you are using at night while laying on the bed. Try to an new app updates

No, that's not it - both periods register as tracked sleep. It is the sleep *score* out of 100 that doesn't update and is set by only the first period.

Since both periods are registered, it just needs to trigger a recaculation of the sleep *score* based on both. It's just a bug.

Well. As more u regularly sleep at that time. It will learn your pattern. Try to check for updates at your phone OneUI or The App Itself is wait until a new update drops

I don't think you're concentrating on what I am saying:

Period 1 is correctly registered as sleep by the app

Period 2 is correctly registered as sleep by the app

The app correctly shows total sleep as Period 1 + Period 2 for a total which is the correct total sleep.

But the SLEEP SCORE number is only calculated on period 1. This creates wrong sleep scoring and breaks the sleep training average.

This is a bug. Or design failure. It has nothing to do with learning sleep patterns. It's a calculation issue.

This bug has been around for a long time and I am raising it again as it is broken. It is not getting fixed in updates so needs raising.

Well. I don't get it what you mean exactly about the sleep tracker. I also check my Samsung health sleep since 2018 and I had no problem. It does an amazing job and it's accurate. I am an Samsung user for over 1 decade. I know pretty well how it's perfect

@mods @moderator can you please stop this guy trolling my accurate bug report.

Here is a three period example. Three periods of sleep are tracked correctly. The last period of sleep ends at 9.05. You can see the sleep total for the three sleep periods are totalled correctly.

However the SLEEP SCORE of 49 is shown as calculated on only the first two periods, ending at 6.38 when instead it should also include the third period and end at 9.05. The SLEEP SCORE of 49 is therefore too low and inaccurate. There is no way to manually refresh this or force it to recalculate.1702578786202.jpg

I get what your saying EEDAm, the app works good but my Score seems to be stuck on one number, the last 4 entries have not updated.

I tried a lot of the suggestions that i found and when I went to Set target in Sleep App on my phone.  I set my sleep hours to when I normally sleep.  I work night shift so sleep during the day.  as soon as I set this all of my Scores updated to the correct score.
