Not natively. But you can always download a 3rd party app locker. The one I downloaded and found was good was this one https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=applock.lockapps.fingerprint.password.lockit

Really don't understand why Samsung don't have this, we shouldn't have to move apps to the secure folder to add the extra protection, so many manufacturers include it natively, just want to be able to need a fingerprint to open any app
