Hi all...
My Samsung S23 Ultra for the last few days has not been working properly. I can receive calls but I cannot hear the other person. Even on speaker there is no sound. 
The speakers are working fine as I can hear videos online and WhatsApp etc etc. 
I have tried the usual, switching off and cleaning the speaker etc etc. 

Anybody have any idea on what to do please?

Please try the clear cache partition recovery process on your phone first, and then try again a phone call

@Payjee please run the phone's Diagnostic Tool in your Samsung Members App to see if that helps. 

There is a reset found in your Settings > General Management > Reset > Reset Network Connections. 

If you can then try your sim card in another phone and then see what happens. 

A Samsung Service Centre can assess your phone if necessary.
