WiFi calling stop working

After the android 14 upgrade it worked fine for a few days and stopped . I tried everything, I reset the network  settings, provider said that everything is ok from their side . Any ideas what to do?

the phone option is enabled but calls do not want to go through the wifi network also the icon at the top of the drop down menu is not showing but when they went through wifi it was showing

I would start with contacting your network provider and ensuring that they have activated on your account, it does happen where it drops off don't ask me how or why but it does. I would also ask then to resend the Config and apn to your phone again

You may want to check to see if there is an issue in your area

yes it was lost ... they sent the settings again, said to restart the phone but again the same nothing changed ...
