My camera stop working when I use zoom

When I try to zoom using my camera, the screen freezes, and stop working, tried to reinitialise the camera from parmaters menu, but I didn't work 🙄

I have samsung s22 ultra, with android 13 OneUi 5

Last update 13 novembre 

Any tips or help about this problème ?

Try clearing it's cache in Settings > Apps > Camera > Storage > Clear Cache > and then see what happens.

Unfortunately, the issue I'm facing isn't software-related but rather hardware-based. After consulting Samsung's phone repair services, they suspect that the telephoto camera is dead. However, I'm also exploring the possibility of a loose connection. Therefore, I'm thinking about disassembling the phone to conduct a more further investigation.

I am having the same problem with the camera freezing after zooming but if you wait 15-20 seconds or comes back to life with the zoom you selected
