I just experienced that black and white full screen issue when using the Edge browser on my S22 Ultra. I was searching for something, I clicked on a link, and I was confronted with either a full black or full white screen.
I went to Settings (Samsung settings, top right) / Apps / Edge / and clicked on Force Stop.
That seemed to solve this issue for me at least for now.
Just passing this on ...
