Ordered S22 on 12th February. Was given delivery date of 13th March. Enquired if my order would arrive on time today and after a lot of tooing and froing was told it would not arrive tomorrow and should get it sometime next week. The customer service was a shambles. Nobody was able to give a definitive answer. Not good enough. My money was taken weeks ago but where is my phone?

I ordered S22 from Samsung on 9 Feb, delivery promised in UK for 10 March. No update since then, tracking info says "Preparing Dispatch" and "Headed to your country" - they seem to contradict each other?
Has anyone received their S22 in UK, or does anyone have a contact email?
Very frustrating not to be told what is going on.
I had the same email for my s22+ haven't had an email from dpd saying it will be delivered tomorrow and no delay email. CS said it will arrive 28th apparently but when I asked for email proof etc they closed the chat. have you recieved yours yet?
