Wallpaper keeps changing randomly

Hi all, 

 I woke up this morning to see my wallpaper and lockscreen were a picture of weird shapes with numbers in them. I saw I needed a phone update so I did that and changed photo back to what I had but it then changed to another random pic half hour later.

I was told to soft reset which I did and once again changed to my photo. An hour later it again changed to something really random, would someone please help. I'm cautious with everything , haven't done anything strange and have a very good virus protection .

I finally figured it out. It's your windows account. It's  in control of your Screensaver.  Remove it. Delete it and read it but don't give it default values.

Can you please explain it briefly. How to do it!! Its so so so exhausting

It's been a year but I recommend deleting or disabling windows launcher app and/or windows app.  This is what I did to fix it.

I've deleted 2 windows app and lets hope it gets fixed.

i just uninstalled global goals and disabled routines. it did solve my problem for now.

I have the same issue with S23 Ultra, where the wallpaper and lock screen getting defaulted
