"Active in the Background"

Hi, I really need to remove this feature or turn it off from my galaxy s22 and I need an adult blocker to stay on in the background 100% of the time without me being able to just simply stop the app with this feature?

Your network can block such sites.

Or maybe use the family / parenteral settings in the phone.
