Wallpaper issue

Been having this issue since the latest Samsung update, and not even the staff know how to fix it. Seems to be a glitch related to the newest wallpaper features on said update.

If I have my wallpaper change automatically via a 3rd party app or even via the built in Modes and Routines function, clicking it on the Wallpaper settings page to adjust the lock screen clock will revert it back to the wallpaper I last manually changed it to. Quite difficult to explain, here's a video demonstration:

Makes no sense whatsoever. Anyone else having this issue?

Yes I'm having the same issue with my S22 ultra. I've noticed that mine might be tied to the WiFi status? (60% confidence) It seems to reset every time I disconnect or connect to a known WiFi automatically.

Initially it was more aggravating as it resets at random but I cleared the system's cache which helps the changes to be less frequent.
