I installed September update this morning (after receiving the notification), and since then, the VoLTE is not working anymore:
- I can see it is still activated in the network setup
- I switch on/off the sim card, the airplane mode, reset the network settings, restarted the phone,etc. Nothing worked
- the same SIM card is working fine with VoLTE on a iPhone
Any advice how to solve this issue?

> Clear Cache Files from the phone's System Partition Section > https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-do-i-clear-the-cache-on-my-device/ You may need to insert your earphones or hook upto a powered On Laptop to access the Clear Partition Section. This may help with lag or stutters as this clears the phone of old/unused or broken cache files.There is also a Repair Apps option in the Menu System too.

There is an update release on 1st September (still with security patch from 1st August)

Same issue on my M33 5G after the September update. VoLTE is not working with both the operators in the UAE.

I have the exact same issue. Had a Samsung accredited engineer out to sort why my 4g was not working. He replaced several parts in my S22 and then found a VoLTE registration issue and recommended I tried a new SIM card.
I have tried a new SIM and that has made no difference. The engineer insists it’s not the phone and my mobile provider says it’s not the network. I’m now stuck with a phone with an upload speed of 0.00 mbps.

Hi! I've now got this issue from the March 2024 update! It's been a week, and I've done everything to no avail.
Were you able to resolve the issue with samasung?
