But generally, why would you have a phone call while being in a noisy environment!

Anyway, to answer your first question, I don't know what other 2 options are. I looked and I find only how to activate voice focus but this option doesn't exist for s22 ultra, so hence the question of alternatives....sorry I forgot to put the question mark...so if you know please share them without asking if I tried them.
For your second question, witch I don't know why you asked, have you ever thought that not everyone has an office job or I'm on the streets and is noise around me and yet I still have to be on a call, important or not...hence the question for ALTERNATIVES.

Hey @Mapi09
The Voice Focus feature is useful in noisy environments, though if the environment is really loud then there isn't much else we can advise other than to perhaps use headphones/earphones with multiple microphones, such as the Samsung Buds, or another brand!

the three options are:
1-Standard
2-Voice focused
3-Full spectrum
Normally, if you are in a noisy environment, "voice focused" should do the trick.

Indeed, "voice focus " should do the trick, but the problem is that S22 ultra doesn't have the option... at least mine doesn't have.... standard is fine in office, house or any place that there is no any sound around but a lot of time I'm on the streets or driving and even when I use handsfree/headphones still it's picked the sound of the car or the traffic around 😮💨.
That's why I asked if there are any other alternatives to voice focus or I have to change the phone for that?🤦♂️😅

Im terribly sorry to tell you that mic mode is not available during regular calls on the Galaxy S21 and S22 series, Z Flip3, Z Flip4, Z Fold3, Z Fold4, and Tab S8.
