Videos effect cant turn off.

 why can't I turn off video effects with the new update?

Hi, I am having exactly the same issue as highlighted by Wayne and can't disable the videocall effect whilst on whatsapp. I also cant switch or toggle off the video call effects as there is no toggle. Can you please help

 you can pull down the nontification bar then you can klick if the same thing appear just like what i screenshoot, then click background -> none to disable the background🙌
