Does anyone know or have any informayion about when One UI 7 will release on My Galaxy S22 Ultra? And will the battery get better and does it Support all of the AI features or will any drop in? Like the gemini assistant like s25 series? Does 8 gen 1 have hardware limitation compared to 8 elite too?

Also how much better is 8 elite for galaxy compared to 8 gen 1 on my s22 ultra?

It'll be a while yet i.e later in the year @Afraz

https://eu.community.samsung.com/t5/galaxy-s24-series/ui7-for-s24-ultra

I can confirm that the Galaxy S24 Ultra is eligible to receive the One UI 7/Android 15 update, which will begin rolling out in Q1 of this year. If you head to Settings > Software update > Auto download over Wi-Fi, then you will be set up to receive the update as soon as it is made available by your network.  "

If you perform a forum search you may find existing threads with some further help or guidence within.

If i can be of any further help please don't hesitate to ask  😎

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.

1.Nobody knows, Samsung will release OneUI 7 Beta 4 for the S24 series these days, so only when the S24 series gets stable OneUI 7, then the S23 series, and only then the S22 series

2. No

3.No

4. Yes

5. Elite is much better then 8 gen 1

I parrot what others say, I don't know if all of that is true, it seems more like marketing spam to me just to get more people to switch to the S25 series and that Samsung doesn't really care about optimizing all of its flagships, even though it tries hard every year to convince them that it's the best, fastest, blah, blah chip.

It all depends on what you mean by more powerful. In every way the SD Elite is more powerful CPU, GPU and Neural processing. On top of that, despite better performance, it offers better efficiency as well. The real debate here is how much do you need, or which apps/games you run will these improvements be noticeable. For that, it would depend entirely on the user end, their judgement and personal tastes.

The issue here is you expect leaps and bounds to mean there's a performance increase, but anyone that actually follows tech knows, this isn't the case. Even moreso when you consider the timescales. You keep downplaying the improvements because you aren't aware how powerful these devices have become to any other field of computing. It's quite honestly a true marvel we get such leaps every year.

I play genshin impaxt and my s22 ultras battery dies in 100% to 0% in about 3hrs and 20 mins and consistently heats to 50*C as hot as a pan.

Is it me or is 8 gen 1 worser than 865 on note 20 ultra in terms of heating efficiency especialyy raw performance to 8 elite i hear 180% better in gpu npu and cpu :000
