S22 Ultra Keeps freezing and restarting since OneUI 6.1 Update

I am facing alot of problem on my S22 Ultra since 5th Feb with the last OneUI 6.1 Update that came in. The phone is constantly restarting multiple times, heats up way to much cant even hold it. And when it by luck is on, the screen will keep freezing and the phone restarts or just shuts down. Didn't install any new app.

Try backing it up and doing a factory reset. See if that helps 🙏

The phone would freeze even in Safe Mode, I am not able to take a complete backup of the phone to attempt a Factory Reset

Have you tried deleting the cache. Should be some videos on YouTube too for this.

I managed to do it. I copied about 50 GB of information. The rest was copied earlier. So. I did the following. I charged my smartphone. I took out a pack of butter from the freezer. I put the butter on a plate, put the phone on the pack of butter to maximize the flat angle (I didn't touch the camera) and then started the phone. Then I turned it on successfully and started copying to the laptop. The main thing here is that the battery does not run out by the end of copying. At the same time, the smartphone itself was in flight mode and all network functions were turned off.

Yes, I tried to do a clean cache partition by pressing Volume Up button and Power button when trying to power up. Did not help either 😞

Is SAMSUNG not going to release a fix for this ? I really don't want to switch phones. But if I do, there is no going back to SAMSUNG after this. Hope it doesn't reach to that point, but I am running out of options now. I need the ***** phone to work 😞
