Unable to send videos on whatsapp

I have disconnected and reconnected my WiFi, I've turned airplane mode on and off, I've been into the settings to ensure it has permissions to access videos, I've restarted my phone, I do not have an SD card, I've unistalled and reinstalled WhatsApp, I've tried using mobile data only. I'm now at a loss as to what to do. Please help!

What happens when you do try to send a video? Is it pending, do you get an error or does something else happen?

Are you recording videos with the HDR10+ setting (in advanced video options in the camera) on? I know Whatsapp has problems processing these types of videos. You can test another video for comparison to see if that sends.

Start by opening the Camera app, then tapping the Settings icon, and then tapping Advanced recording options under Videos. Tap the switch next to HDR10+ videos to toggle it.

It's not the service I've tested other apps and Internet and no issue just this one feature on WhatsApp

Facebook, Twitter, and WhatsApp do not support HDR10+. You could try Signal messenger, but I'm 99% sure that it's the fact that HDR10+ is turned on.
