Hi.
The last time I tried to access the XP Investimentos app, it asked for an update
I went to the app store and tried to update it and it gave me an error
So I uninstalled the app and now I can't even install it anymore
I can't install the XP app or other financial apps.
I tested other apps and it worked normally
I've tried practically everything, except restoring to factory defaults because I need to make a final backup when I get home on the Wi-Fi.
The intriguing thing is that it's only happening with apps from financial institutions or those that have to do with money transfers (XP, BTG, Nomad, Pic pay, Rico, Clear). I tested all of these just to be on the safe side and none of them completed the installation.
Then I tested common apps and they installed or updated normally. (Ifood, Forest, LinkedIn, Whatsapp).
Could it be something related to some personal data blocking on my Gmail account on the device?
Note 1: I tested with another email of mine on the Play Store and the same thing happened.
Note 2: I deleted Avast to try without it on my phone and the same problems occurred preventing the installation of financial apps.

That's the only message I always received.
When I click in "Problem Solutions", Play Store only give me basic solutions, like:
- Check your memory;
- Update your software

Could be connected to a work profile but there is a workaround which may well help in the link @Obsydian provided.
