UI7 Bluetooth problems

Following the One UI7 update my medical Bluetooth devices don't work. I use a Libre blood glucose monitor and an Omnipod Dash for diabetes management. My devices are interfaced via non-propietory software (Juggluco and AAPS).

I am able to set the devices up initially but the continuous monitoring fails. This has had a massive impact on my diabetes management and wellbeing. 

Any advice for settings adjustments.

Are the apps you mentioned excluded from battery optimization? Check under each app info battery settings

Thank you however the apps are already set with unrestricted battery.
