Hi all,
I'm just after updating my Samsung S22 to the latest OS (pushed by Samsung), and the device is in a boot loop.
I'm very frustrated with what I'm finding on the internet about it, and not sure which options I have at this stage.
Locked out of my phone, struggling with payments, flight schedules and communication in general.
Poor from Samsung!

Hii, same here.. Ntg works even I went to samsung service center they re-flashed lastest firmware ( the same which was already there ) but no luck .. same issue now I have removed the Sims it is lil better now.. no much hang and reboots as it was before.. what I believe is this update damaged cpu due to excessive heating which is why it's keep on recurring .. samsung service guy simply saying to change the motherboard and it costs around 20k.. very disappointed with samsung.. my 6 year old k20 still works very smooth!
Did u find any solution ? I seen some threads where users reported after next update it got resolved... may be july month patch might arrive in a week!!

I just installed the new July update and took me over 30 minutes to get my phone to start. I had to hold down power key and volume down key. First time it did a slow UI % load then shut off, second time held same keys then the only thing would come up was the samsung screen for a minute or so then go to a black screen, after doing this for the 3rd or 4th time the phone finally loaded with my Tmobile screen and took me to my home screen. I can tell that my phone is slower and sluggish. Before all of this a couple months ago my phone kept rebooting itself and was unresponsive to where I would have to reset it, its been working great the past several weeks until this new 7.0 update that recently came out. I will talk to my lawyer and maybe file a lawsuit against Samsung since they are not willing to make this right for its customers.

It is disheartening to read these comments, Galaxy S22 user and I too am stuck in the boot loop with the One UI 7.0 update. Frustrating isn't the word, no WiFi connectivity and any sort of restart or power off just takes me back to hours of boot looping in the hope that one of the boots correctly loads the One UI screen, even if it loads the UI is still may restart again.....

In addition to the loop, a number of monthly updates appear only to install in order.
Starting in SafeMode, I went from a 2/1/2025 version of One UI 6.1 (Android 14) through 5 more updates of versions ending in EYC1>FYDB >FYE4 >FYF2 >FYF3.
FYF3 is the 7/1/25 Security update for One UI 7.0 on Android 15. Today is 8/25/25. No more updates are showing up for me. It's very frustrating that it can't just skip to the most recent version available.
