After the installation of the update, my phone is constantly lighting up and out. After 10-15 times he automatically goes to the safemode systemUI.
Who knows how to solve the problem?
Kind regards

Does it work in safe mode? If yes then probably there is some app or aps that is causing it. Did you customise your phone in some way

Yes, I've tried that. It restarts normally but after a few minutes and lots of lightning up he goes to the safemode. No message error or something that leads to the cause of the problem

It works quite normal in safemode. But it is difficult to oversee. No messages, no battery status,...

I think you are thinking of Safe Mode, which is something one has to boot into manually.
The "safemode systemUI" OP talks about seems to be a completely different thing that the device automatically goes to after enough "crashes" or whatever you call them. I have the same issue on my S22 Ultra, installed the One UI 7 update today and now I can only use it in the automatic safemode thing.
In regular Safe Mode the device behaves the same way as in normal mode, it flashes on and off a bunch of times and then reboots.
I have removed the SIM cards from the phone just in case, and then I reset One UI and the other stuff mentioned on this reddit thread but that didn't help either.
Just tried updating all apps on both google play store and samsungs *****, but no difference. Anyone has any other ideas?

This has been an issue with my Galaxy S25+ since I got it in May. This is my second phone. The first one did it within 24 hours of having the phone. This happens at least once a month--at least and after I have it turned off for a couple of hours, it "usually" restarts fine. However, this is NOT a normal safe mode it is a ONE UI Safe mode. Phone will restart, flicker on and off about 20 times, restart about 5 times, and then boots into One UI Safe mode. Here is a link to where I have been troubleshooting my phone. https://us.community.samsung.com/t5/Galaxy-S25/New-Galaxy-s25-stuck-in-Safe-Mode-Problem-SOLVED/m-p/...
I spent over an hour at the T-Mobile store, and they were all scratching their heads--they see me a lot. The reason I went today was not because it was once again in ONE UI Safe mode but because my battery is draining super fast--
So when it is in One UI Safe Mode, it means there is an app conflict or a firmware conflict. Tomorrow I will do a firmware reset. I have already done a factory reset 3 times.

It did it to me after a factory reset with NO 3rd party apps installed. I believe it is a firmware issue. Exact same issue as the OP.

I am so happy that it is not just me and the op having this issue!!!! I have found if you turn off your phone for a couple of hours and then restart it will boot in normal mode. Clearing the system cache does nothing. I will do a firmware reinstall tomorrow and wait to see if that fixes it. So tired of doing factory resets!
