The new UI 7.0 is absolutely terrible

I don't know how to use my phone anymore. It's like being given an iPhone. I can't do the most basic tasks now, menus are hidden, gestures/swipes don't work, can't find settings, can't change the eye comfort shield l, search bar moved.

It is so bad. Please Samsung issue a massive roll back and scrap UI 7.0 fire the design team.

Not so. I have never once had a problem with any change until now. This change has actually made use of my phone way more difficult.

I reserve the right to complain about bad UI design and layout.

Yes if you take the statement as literal. It's very common to say "everyone" when there is a majority of opinion. Now I haven't done a census before you start down that route.

Can you evidence "majority"?

A small number of users have reported their opinions compared to the 10's or possibly 100's of millions of Samsung devices that are now running on One UI7 around the world.

I like it. I don't like everything it offers but then I didn't like everything in One UI6 either.

But it is fast, smooth, battery is great and it just does everything I need. I've made changes to customise the device the way I like it and left other things alone.

No different to Microsoft moving from Windows 10 to 11, Apple moving IOS each year and Google updating Android annually.

Then you didn't like OneUI 6.1 either, because Samsung really tried not to make any big differences in the appearance of the OS itself, except for the cosmetic settings. The settings remained the same as in OneUI6.1. And yet, OneUI 7 has nicer animations and works more fluidly than OneUI 6.1.

No, Samsung has absolutely nothing hidden, the order in Settings is the same as in OneUI 6.1. Samsung has only cosmetically redesigned OneUI 6.1, add new features and that's it.

As i said, feel free to post elsewhere, this is my feedback for Samsung as instructed by their customer services.

Referencing other Manufacturer software updates is completely irrelevant.

I have had every Samsung update without issue.

It is only THIS update I have a problem with.

Don't tell me its "No different".

That is your fanboy perspective, this is MY criticism.
