I recently updated my phone to Android 15, and it has been problem after problem. It is super laggy, and the keyboard buttons do not work; it swipes on its own, opens and closes apps randomly, or just will not let me swipe, or swipes crazily on its own. Anyone have any idea what to do? It is getting to the point where it is unusable. Also, the phone worked perfectly before I updated it.

I have the same issue and my phone is now unusable. I've wiped the partian and still no luck. I've just completed a factory reset and even going through the setup process, it hangs and randomly restarts. Is there a chance that upcoming version 16 may fix the issue? Oddly enough, my daughter has the same phone using 15 without issue, though she said it does seem slower than it used to.

I hold the update until today, did it and bam! Super laggy phone. What happened Samsung? Please get back to the previous system!

I'm having the same problem on my S22 Ultra. While I wiped the cache and reset to factory settings, my phone became completely unstable, especially in multitasking. For example, if I'm listening to music and navigating in the car, the phone will simply lag and stop functioning.

This is also happening to my wife's phone.

Is Samsung pushing us to buy their latest products? If this is the case, this company should be sued for such unethical behavior.

I've done anything and everything I've possibly found and factory reset mine several times. At this point I think I'm dead in the water. I can't even use it as a backup mp3 player in my kitchen because it freezes and restarts even simply playing music.

I had a horrible experience with a supposed tech person after calling their toll-free number today, it was a complete waste of time. They tried to tell me that the screen protector is affecting the responsiveness of my phone and causing it to restart. I'm so angry I couldn't even laugh. At this point I am waiting for the update to 16 that is due to come out between now and the end of the month and see if it resolves the issue. If not, I'm going to send it to them and see what they have to say. I'm surely out of warranty but I wonder if any repair still may be less than the cost of a brand new phone.
