@twite: For clarity, are you having to press the Side button for longer than expected in order to wake your screen from an idle state? If so, please head to the Samsung Members app > Press and hold on the app icon > Diagnostics > Phone diagnostics > Buttons, and follow the on-screen prompts. Does your Side button respond as expected during this test?
