System update

had system update last night ever since no longer able to connect to my wifi just keeps disconnecting and restarting the phone bt says no issue anyone else have the same issues

Ok so i have now tried absolutely evry option available from update apps to plug in to laptop and wipe cache partition and still have the exact same issue. this most definitely is a Samsung virus or bug that has affected my device and they will need to look at repair or replace

Did you try the full factory reset yet?

no simply because i should not have to reset because of Samsung's errors. should not have to take time to ensure everything is backed up and data saved and apps and so on its Samsungs responsibilities to ensure they are installing the correct software and updates.

this via Samsungs own website clearly completely defeating the objectives aren't they and it would appear not to just be my phone that has an issues after this horrendous update. twitter has many issues reported via Samsungs page also ive seen a few on here.

apparently its hardware issue and need to contact Samsung for phone or device repairs

does urs keep turning off when u turn the WiFi on and says ui updating apps 100%

It did black screen once but otherwise it just doesn't turn on
