S22 ultra.
Really poor to non existent reception for calls mobile data
My note 20 plus works fine side by side with same sim card.
Even in city with amazing signal and 5g the issues persist.
Have tried everything I've read on forums and that Samsung and smarty have advised.
Have reset phone and not restored anything from old phone to prove its not anything to do with restore or smart switch as the Issues still the same after reset.
I want a replacement handset how do I get them to send one.
Samsung not listening to me and keep sending me thing's to do and try which change nothing.
1 month passed and this phone still unusable.

I have the app. In what way does it help. Is there certain settings I need to use.
I'm beyond it now. 3 weeks of trying so much the phone doesn't work didn't help I was unwell for a week and missed the return date. Now I'm stuck with it.
Brought on Samsung Upgrade program.
Can I return it I have no idea and Samsung havent replied to me about wanting to replace or return they useless and ignore me.

In the UK if a person buys a phone direct from samsung.com a person has 21 days provided as a cooling off period to be able to return the phone for a full refund.

After this period Samsung won't issue a refund and can only provide a repair if the phone fails in some way @jackeb

In the Samsung Band Selection app you can lock onto different bands other than chosen by the phone to see if thus helps with signal strength.

Daily Driver > Samsung Galaxy s²⁵ Ultra 512Gb ~ Titanium Black.

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
I'm here to help. " This is the way. "

Thanks for your help.
I will try the settings.
My note 20 ultra will be connected to lte and then I put swap over the sim into the s22 but the s22 will be on GSM emergency only. So I will try setting it to connect to lte.
Samsung have said as I started dialogue with them on 5th March they will accept it had issues with in the 21 days and accept a return or replacement with a new 21 day period to assess if it works or has same issue and return for refund.
Only problem is 1 month wait for replacement handset and I'm paying £40 a month to the upgrade programme plus the deposit I paid.
Think I may go for refund.
