Seeking for method to create photo album

Galaxy S22 Ultra phone

Please advise what will be an easy and reliable way creating photo album on old photos ?

I have more than a thousand old photos to scan.

If I've understood correctly, you have a load of physical/printed photos that you would like to scan?

Some options as I know:

- take digital/phone photos of them (very time consuming and the lighting has to be good for a quality image with no reflections)
- buy a home scanner (doesn't have to be expensive, would be a reliable digital format, still very time consuming)
- go to your local library and scan them there (may be more cost effective)
- research any online/3rd party that may offer this service (likely costly)

If you are looking to create albut with old pictures go to samsung gallery if its your default press + and create one with pictures you like.

If you have tons of pictures and want to print it and want to create album out of it cheapest way:

Lot of thanks for your advice.

I have been doing scanning old photos on Galaxy S22 Ultra phone without problem, for sometimes, and then editing the digital old photos images on Galery, also on the phone.  I don't know whether there are better ways?

Also I can print the digital images as .pdf files and create image album on selected images.  Can I print the image album created as .pdf file?  Pls advise.

I set up "remote desktop" connecting the phone to desktop computer via an USB cable so that I can perform all operation remotely on desktop computer.  This setup solves the problem of small screen of the phone. I have a 32" 4K Dell display.   Is there a better solution?  Thanks

You need to open the my files app then click on internal storage then click on the 3 dots and create folder. You can name the new folder whatever you want to. You can put your photos into the folder. When you've put a picture in it you need to open the gallery app click on the 3 dots then select essential albums. Select the folder you put the picture in then it will show up in the gallery app.
